Bugs & Feature Suggestions • [Bug] !SetAnchor bang doesnt work to set anchor of inactive skins

I'm fairly certain this was not a limitation in prior releases.

Can anyone else confirm? Latest August 8th version.

!SetWindowPosition is also a problem.
